Curved Folding

Hello!

I have a question to all Galapagos experts. I used Galapagos to solve a construction problem. I was given a real paper model as displayed here:

First I thought of a simple icosaedric solution, but the triangles had a 90 degree twist, so this wasn´t about to help much. After thinking about using cyanacrilic glue, a saw and some sort of measurement equipment I decided to let galapagos do the job.

It worked quite well but whatever I tried I never got it to solve the problem down to a pure zero distance.

Does anyone know a solution?
